Taya Gluch began her career with TRI as sales coordinator, supporting a busy sales staff of seven.  Taya ensured her orders ran smoothly from start to finish – and guaranteed that all deadlines were met.  With this experience as well as her background in Quality Process Management, Taya was promoted to Operations Manager in the fall of 2006. This position requires the utmost organization and understanding of inventory turnaround. Taya is responsible for the growth of our large uniform, fulfillment and recognition programs. Her leadership and implementation of an innovative distribution system allows our warehouse to fill orders within 2 business days. This feat has directly increased the customer service satisfaction principle that Theresa Roberts Inc stands for.

While she multitasks Taya still takes time out to laugh and enjoys working with the sales and warehouse staff. She says she most likes the team and the flexible attitude of working at Theresa Roberts, Inc.
